Current Payment Plans & Options

You may pay by personal check, money order, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you come into our office, you may pay with cash. However, if you are mailing your payment, please do not send cash.

1-Pay (Pay in Full)
Premiums must be paid in full if it is less than $200 at the start of the policy.

4-Pay Installment Plan (4 Payments)
If you qualify for the installment plan, you are required to send in 25% within five days of the effective date. You will be billed in three equal installments 60, 105, and 150 days from the effective date. There is a service charge included in each payment.

6-Pay Installment Plan (6 Payments)
If premium is at least $400, you will qualify for this option. You are required to send in 25% within five days of the effective date. You will be billed in five equal installments 60, 105, 150, 195, and 240 days from the effective date. There is a service charge included in each payment.
